Wallace Sterling is a great tech! He came out and went the extra mile to ensure I understood what my problem was, what caused it and best options for repair. He wasted no time and worked extremely efficiently to not waste time which is billable time! Not to mention the attitude he displayed for coming out an hour away to service my home made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend this company but more so Wallace sterling in particular. What a great technician! This is a continuation of my previous review I accepted an estimate given by Wallace and was set to have my main sewer line repaired. After a full day of digging the line was not found and let me say this is extremely hard dirt. They returned a second day and dug more at least 10’ deep in weather that was horrible. After second day the line was still not found at no fault of theirs. By the third day they were growing concerned but never gave into the idea this was becoming very expensive in labor costs for the company and let me know there is several problems associated with the location of the line! They brought out several managers and an extremely knowledgeable tech named Ryan who was absolutely with the business of locating and repair work! On the fourth day line was located and repaired they backfilled the front yard they dig up as if there was never a hole dug, clean up was amazing! The important message to take from this is , I was bid for four hours labor for two guys not four days with 3 guys and several managers with several attempts to spot this line! This company stood by the original estimate and didn’t bat an eye at completing the job at the original estimate! They were extremely professional and Pam the manager went far and beyond to ensure this job price stayed with in the scope of the estimate! I seriously 100% am grateful for the hard work and professionalism of every single person I came in contact with! If there is ever a company I would stand with and by Albuquerque Plumbing is the company of choice for any and all my plumbing needs in the future! Pam, Wallace and Ryan are excellent and this company is very lucky to have them on the team! I wish I could fly a banner recognizing them for their expertise and excellence in the field they are in. Thank you to all who helped me and my family flush away the worries and stress! I appreciate this company and staff so much!

High priced! I called them on a Saturday for a water heating leak at my rental. I understood that their service fee would be $150.00 per hour. After they looked at the water heater they said they said the parts stores were closed on the weekends. They should certainly tell you this before coming out because what's the use of coming out and charging me if you can't get parts to fix the problem. Then he told me that the water heater was old and should probably be replaced and brought up to code. He asked me if I wanted pricing on the options to do it that day or on the following Monday and I said yes. He called me back and gave me their pricing, $4400 for doing it that day and $3400 for doing it on Monday. I told him just to leave. Then he told me the price for the "diagnostic" was an additional $150.00. So they charged me for a total of less than 1 hour's time at my rental $322 for looking at the water heater and quoting some prices. Absolutely outrageous!!! By the way, on Monday I called my regular plumber, who doesn't work on Saturdays (and now I know why, cause they couldn't get parts anyway) and his price for a new water heater and bring it up to code was$1000.00 less to have it installed, which of course I had them do. I will say the office told me when I complained about the diagnostic fee that he listened to the phone call where I requested service and said the diagnostic fee was mentioned. I don't recall hearing that and the technician didn't say there would be an additional diagnostic fee before he gave me his quote. At any rate, by any standard, it is absolutely way over the top to charge a service fee and a separate diagnostic fee. Update A day or so after posting this review, I received a phone call from them offering apologies and a refund of $200.00 saying there should not have a diagnostic fee as they already knew the water heater was leaking. I am thankful for that and glad they reached out. So, I will change the 1 star review to to 3 stars.

I had an excellent experience working with the electrician Lorenzo and his assistant "Mo". Lorenzo did several upgrades for me so that my home would be up to code with my electrical box as well as installing a plug in system for my electrical vehicle. He was thorough and took time explaining to me what needed to be done and why. He worked non stop until the job was completed. I was so impressed with his work ethic and efficiency that I hired him to do more electrical repairs within my home. Very satisfied!!!

Daemen from Albuquerque Plumbing Heating and Cooling came out and installed two new celling fans in my garage. From quote to finish I was very pleased. He did and excellent job, was professional, and got the job done exactly as expected. I would highly recommend Albuquerque Plumbing Heating and Cooling. Fair prices, great quality work.

Isaac was exceptional, polite, professional, knowledgeable, and more! I was fully informed of the trouble with my furnace and explained my options and possible trouble that I may experience in the future. I was informed of an estimate for full replacement and options to repair should I have any issues. I will continue to use your company and thank your amazing crew!

Chase was a wonderful technician! He showed up promptly, did an efficient investigation and found the root cause of my issue, told me what my options were, and then completed the repair same day! He was kind, informative, and I would be grateful to have him do any further repairs needed! Thank you Chase, you’re the man!

Rene just left after finding and repairing a leak that had cost us 6,000 gallons of water in a month. He was extremely thorough and professional and worked very hard to find the solution to our problem. These guys have done a lot of work for us over the years and there is a reason we keep calling them back. Every good review you've read about them is absolutely true! Have never had a bad experience with them, whether with our big sewer replacement job or something as small as changing a faucet. They have always been honest and fair and always look for the most economical solution first. Their work is always first rate. You can't go wrong with Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating and Cooling.
